There’s something else afoot here more than the vauge ‘natural born citizen’. He wouldn’t be afraid of that if he was born on U.S. soil.
If, given what we do know, he were born on US soil, he still (in all probability) wouldn't be a "Natural Born Citizen," because his Papa wasn't a citizen at all.
