Not even the 1976-78 Tampa Bay Buccaneers could accomplish that, so probably not.

I haven't looked at their schedule, but if they play the hapless bungles, there is at least one win for them. Bungles, a proud tradition of 18 years of losing. Every years for eighteen years this is the breakout season for the bungles according to the local yokels. Marvin Lewis was not the black messiah he was touted to be, and in reality is a pretty lousy coach. (ever see his game time or field goal management skills?) Continuous losing records, heck a single losing year at most teams will get a coach fired. Not in bungledom.
They continue to offer fans an excrement Sindhi year after year .. and the fans in Cincy are toooo stupid to realize it. Either that or, bless their hearts (codicil) they have mustard seed faith.
Cincy built a Billion dollar package (tax payer money) in the form of two toilets .. excuse me, two stadiums.
The turds are still floating in both of them. Not likely to change anytime soon. Reality bites.
Reality is a concept for those that can't handle drugs.

Think how the people in Washington must feel, the Washington Generals basketball team hasn’t won a game for 30 years.

Cincinnati will beat Detroit and there are a few redeeming qualities in Paul Brown stadium...just a few...

With Matt Millen gone, they’re in the win column already......now if they could somehow trade William Clay Ford for a future unnamed mascot they’d really be on a roll.

Being a Vikings fan since 1968, there is no other team in the entire NFL I enjoy watching the Vikings beat than the Lions. Well actually since I'm now living in North Carolina, the only Viking games I get to see are nationally televised and for some reason, those who control what I get to watch don't seem to feel that the Lions playing anyone is worth putting on TV down here.

It’s slightly less tough to lose all your games as it is to win all your games. Like the Republican party, one hapless Lions’ opponent will snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

the lions were an imperfect storm of very bad coaching
and mediocre talent-
even a scout team should be able to defeat 1st stringers
one out of sixteen tries
