Obama and his fools are desperate to get money to support all their programs. They are going to tax the hell out of everything they can imagine that brings in revenue.

Think of the money the Chinese tax tariffs will rake in...all under the guise of protecting the American Workers.

Of all the things to raise tariff, why tires?

Will the US tire companies start producing low-end low-cost tires? Unlikely. The price of tires for US consumers will rise until the importers can find another cheap source of tires.

At the same time, the Chinese will retaliate by putting tariffs on some US exports, like agriculture products.

A lose-lose proposition for the US and China.
