The Constitution says Biden, in the event of Constitutional disability of a President, under Article II, Section 1, Clause 6, and potential ambiguities of succession were further clarified by the 25th Amendment.

If it all comes down, Pelosi looks to be in serious difficulty, so removing her from likely succession is probable. If there’s a problem with Biden, then it’s Robert Byrd.

Whoever it might be, though, let the Constitution determine the matter, as the supreme law of the land.

I’m not willing to see a precedent set, by allowing an ineligible foreigner (if he is in fact), to remain in the office of President for a full term, personally. It’s not about getting a Republican in there at this point. When the opportunity comes, to elect a conservative President, in 2012, then it comes. For now, uphold the Republic. It’s endangered.

Exactly. This is about saving our country and our freedom. This is much bigger than any political party.
