I had a window seat last time I flew into Ronald Reagan (DCA). It was before 9/11 and we had a wonderful close up view of the mall and many monuments. Dullas is usually cheaper and closer to my sister house. Do you know if they still have the same landing path over DC. It can’t change to much and still get to the airport.
The landing path is still the same. But the old post-9/11 regime of “you have to stay in your seats the last 1/2 hour” seems to be gone. And if we had marshals aboard, I couldn’t spot them.
