I bot a house in OK for $67k...that would sell in Anaheim Hills for $500k...or a million plus in Newport Beach.
HI fellow Anaheimer....I actually grew up in Hacienda Heights (go Los Altos Conquerors) but i bought my first home in Anaheim back in around 1990. It was nice but then became overrun with Illegals. My wife is a pretty blond with blue eyes.....she got treated very poorly and we were able to get a transfer and move to Texas, The Colony.
The summer was not that bad at all. In fact, I think CA is just as hot and probably for a longer time.....heck, it can be hot on Thanksgiving in Southern CA. Our AC works good and I am so happy we got a one story home.
I just found out they have Carls Jr. in Texas too! I know it’s not In and Out but it’s the next best thing. They put mustard on their burgers here in Texas and TEX MEX sucks.......chile con carne on their enchiladas......the key is to find a authentic MEX where they use Red Sauce on the enchilida and shredded beef on the Tacos....hard to find.....Anyway....we miss the chinese food in LA.....thats for sure......but Texas is just as pretty as So. CA....greener and much cleaner....
