Must be they have to file a law suit to be able to stop more tapes from going out. They know there must be 50 more offices on tape.

Won't work. Who knows how many copies there are and who's in controlling possession of them. Once it's out in the digital world that horse won't go back in the barn.

But if they sue in MD under MD law, any adverse ruling would only apply to the activities in MD, not the other States.
