I’ve made up my mind because I’ve been studying the issues surrounding Obama meticulously for 2 years now. I’m always open to contrary evidence. So far, I’ve seen none. He’s a marxist quisling.

What you have, along with the rest of your fellow “nirthers”, is trying to prove a negative, which logically cannot be done. Orly Taitz might be educated, and may have even passed the bar in California, but that by no means makes her smart, as demonstrated by her actions.
Well, you can defend Obama all you want. Why don’t you start by telling us why Khalid al-Mansour sponsored Obama in college.
Then maybe move on to telling us about his days in the New Party and how that is meaningless.
Then maybe you can tell us why he lied about his relationship - length and type - he has had with Bill Ayers.

As concerns Biden or Pelosi, Biden couldn't get a bill passed or lead a socialist takeover of America any more than he can chew gum and blink at the same time. The man couldn't dump sand from a boot if the directions were written on the sole.
Which misses the point entirely. As a matter of Parliamentary Procedure, the natural succession of a removed President would not be the prescribed remedy anyway. It would only go "Vice Prez" then "Speaker o/t House" if a sitting president were "unable for any reason to serve."
This is not such a case. This is an actual Constitutional Crisis, i.e., there is no written remedy for this situation in the Constitution. This entire scenario hinges on the fact that Obama was never a valid, qualified sitting president in the first place. Hence, the remedy for replacing a "sitting president" does not apply.
Period. The country would have to decide how to deal with this, most likely a special re-election like Massachusetts will have to replace Chappateddy.
Interesting. The Constitution never anticipated that we would elect a legally unqualified President.

You understand this above? The biased " I Twittered it" judge backed down with his sanctioned fine. Why? He might just have stumbled and bumbled his way to giving the lawyer the way to prove that his case was not "frivolous" - as in standing to discovery Obama. He realized it so his little balls shriveled.
If the judge blunders which gives Orly the standing or injury to prove her case, I'll pay her fine - a pittance - 10 grand for her.
