They were never offered the chance to do that, which should have been offered as part of the proceedings. Look at this:

Too many oddities, a whole string of them in fact. Cheney was grinning like a shark after he failed to call for objections and certified the votes. Roberts fumbling the public oath ... very strange.

Somebody left themselves wiggle room, imho. That, or they’re complicit. I choose to believe the former for now.

This is what Orly needs to file (on I think Monday) with the Judge Carter case.

She may have been given two BIG gifts this week.

1. Judge Land going crazy. Maybe like a fox.
2. The DOJ lawyers screwing up - see Leo Donofrio’s blog.

She needs good attorneys helping her and writing up what Leo suggested this weekend.
