They can’t AMEND the Constitution. They CAN interpret it to say what it doesn’t say. Does the word ‘penumbra’ come to mind?

IF they were to have a majority on the SCOTUS, they might determine that, for instance, BHO is ‘natural born,’ when the circumstances of his birth by his own admission leave that status ‘in doubt’ according to the last SCOTUS ruling on a case involving ‘natural born citizen.’ That ruling did not define the term as it is meant in the Constitution. A Dem majority SCOTUS would merely define the term to meet their purposes.
