You're aware, of course, of the precedent set by Chester Arthur, whose father was an Irish citizen when the 21st President was born... Given that precedent, it seems highly unlikely that any authority would now decide that the son of a Kenyan or British citizen is ineligible now, assuming he actually was born in the US.

Someone breaking the law and not getting caught does NOT set precident. If so, then very few laws would be upheld. I’m surprised that anyone would any consider such sophistry.
