Judge Carter is sure taking his sweet time rendering a desicion as to allow this case before him to move forward or dismiss it. I do hope this is a good sign that he will allow it to go to trial.

I don't like Obama.

But looking at how other judges dismissed the Obama eligibility lawsuits, I believe that Judge Carter will do the same, but I hope I am wrong.

I think that the legal term "standing" will raise its ugly head again in this case.

No kidding. I don't know if he is still thinking/researching/pondering or if he is waiting for something to happen that will render this all moot.

What that might be, I can't say I have a clue. Taitz getting disbarred is my only guess.
