Context man, keep it in context. Perry has no jurisdiction over occupied federal bases. Perry could not for example (context) tell the base command that soldiers are now allowed to carry concealed weapons on base. The Army has complete jurisdiction over that base and the soldiers in it. If the civilian government wants a soldier on base, and the Army isn’t ready to give that soldier up, it goes to federal court, which is obviously biased against the locals in favor of the feds. Seen it happen many times in my hometown.

Well the world has changed and your federal govt is infiltrated with Muslim Brotherhood and other moles. This mass murderer sleeper is proof of that.

Our troops need CCW on base.
