The Conservatives in Congress should warn investors to avoid carbon credit investments altogether. No bailouts whatsoever for Al Gore’s magic bean investments!
Just by threatening to rewrite the law later, we can add to the uncertainty and cause these investments to lose their appeal. Their market value is zero.
