In the same manner that I despise the ruling that a law protecting Federal Employees from civil-suits while in execution of their office in order to grant immunity to John Murtha in regards to a slander suit by the Hadathia Marines.
He is NOT a federal employee, an employee CAN be FIRED, congressmen cannot. FIRED is not the same as not-[re-]elected; nor is RECALL the same either.
