My wife and I have read it. It is hard to believe that some of the reviewers have read it from cover to cover. The first 200 pages are the best and most important part. They tell you who she was and who she has become. It’s a heck of a story and should be read by everyone, especially girls and women.

One thing nobody is saying is that this is probably the first woman to ever achieve the things she has without a wealthy man carrying her along. She instead chose a strong husband and was blessed with a wonderful supportive family. In fact, it seems like most Alaskans are part of that family.

Exactly. Any critic from the left or right who's argument is that her only real experience was she was a small town mayor need to dive in to those first 200 pages. As Mayor and as Governor, any less of a person would of folded under the pressure of the career politician old-boy network she constantly had to battle.
