If it were true you wouldn't have to subsidize it at every turn. When you consider that energy is one of the top costs in any operation, any company has a huge incentive to lower its energy costs and consumption. If it makes sense, they are doing it. If you have to subsidize it to make it happen, its because its a false economy.
False economies displace jobs, they do not create them.

The biggest jog creation is in green technology Not true. Not even close. Parse that as it is printed. It may not be a typo. If the state goes really "green" then more people will be jogging to work because mechanical transportation is severely limited. There will be lots of "jog" creation.
