I am Lucas Daniel Smith. I shot this video back in August 2009. I’m a witness in two different federal court cases in which I have testified to procuring this birth certificate while I was at Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya on February 19th, 2009.

The birth certificate video has been under attack from Obama fans from the outset. Take a look at the comments under the video. Over 10,000 comments on the video in only 5 1/2 months. More than half from Obots. (I wonder why they are attracted to the video if it were “just a hoax”.

The 8 items referenced below do not prove the authenticity of Obama’s Kenyan Birth Certificate, which Lucas Smith claims to have obtained from the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa. HOWEVER, ALONG WITH THE 'LUCAS SMITH' BC DOCUMENT, THEY DO HELP BUILD A RATHER STRONG CASE FOR OBAMA BEING BORN IN KENYA. For this and other reasons, Obama can not be classified as a Natural Born Citizen as required for the office of President, by Article II of the U.S. Constitution.

An Investigator working for Philip Berg, Esq. learned the following which is contained in the investigator's affidavit dated October 30, 2008, that was filed with a Federal District Court in the case of Berg v. Obama, 08-cv-04083: Obama's step-grandmother, Sarah Obama, told Bishop McRae, who was in the United States, during a telephonic interview on October 12, 2008, while she was in her home located in Alego-Kogello, Kenya, that was full of security police and people and family who were celebrating then-Senator Obama's success story, that she witnessed Obama's birth in Kenya, not the United States (the English and Swahili conversation is recorded and available for listening). She was adamant about this fact not once but twice. The conversation which was placed on speaker phone was translated into English by "Kweli Shuhubia" and one of the grandmother's grandsons who were present with the grandmother in the house. After the grandmother made the same statement twice, her grandson intervened, saying "No, No, No, He [sic] was born in the United States." During the interview, the grandmother never changed her reply that she was present when Obama was born in Kenya. The fact that later in the same interview she change her statement to say that Obama was born in Hawaii does not change the fact that she at first stated twice that she was present when Obama was born in Kenya. I cannot imagine a grandmother not knowing whether she was present or not at the birth of her American Senator and U.S. Presidential candidate grandson.,/p>

John Charlton published the following statement 10/16/09 on "The Post & Email" website. The statement was included in an article titled, "AP Declared Obama Kenyan-Born".

"#4. It is known from a classmate of Obama at Harvard University, that while at Harvard, Obama at least on one occasion admitted that he was born in Kenya. (This friend went on record on a call in radio program in Idaho in early July, 2009)"

(7) BLAINE DOCUMENT CONFIRMS KENYAN BIRTH OF OBAMA
The "Blaine Application for Certificate of Live Birth" shows that Barack Hussein Obama II was born in Kenya, Africa. The information given on the form confirms the information given on the Lucas Smith Coast Provence General Hospital Birth Certificate for Obama.

The information even maps perfectly to information given on the widely viewed FactCheck short form COLB for Obama.

Stephen Diamond, in an 9/25/09 article titled, "Barack Obama's Visit to the Other Ayers House", posted on 'King Harvest' stated the following -

"... according to Allen Hulton, the letter carrier who delivered mail to the Ayers' Glen Ellyn home at that time. "Mrs. Ayers told me that her family had been helping out a brilliant young black man," Hulton said and whom he believes she said was from Kenya."

I have been closely following the fascinating adventures of ‘Lucas Smith’ on his InspectorSmith YouTube channel since his original ‘colmado_naranja’ posting of Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate on eBay.

I believe that he did indeed personally obtain Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate from the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya in February 2009 and now has that critically important document in his possession.

HOW CAN A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN'S STATUS BE "GOVERNED" BY GREAT BRITAIN?

Furthermore:  Hawaii's Territorial Law, Chapter 57 - "VITAL STATISTICS, I", shown beginning pg 23 of 29, (the law in effect in 1961) allowed baby's born anywhere in the world to be eligible to apply for a Hawaii birth certificate.

Don't be ridiculous, it doesn't work that way.

Smith needs to prove he traveled to Kenya if he wants people to believe his BC story and so far he's not doing a very good job of that.

I've been to Ukraine three times. I can prove this by showing my passport stamps, various photos around obvious landmarks, train tickets, etc. I can't prove I've never been to Russia. I have no photos, stamps, etc. but the absence of evidence doesn't prove I've never been there. Maybe I snuck across the border, planted my feet in Russian soil and scurried back?

I can't prove I've never been to Brazil. Or Antarctica. But I've never claimed to have visited these places.

Call me crazy but if I were to claim to have traveled to Kenya where I received a physical document that could possibly result in the removal from office of a sitting U.S. President, I think at the very least I'd provide evidence I actually visited Kenya. I dunno... Maybe of photo of myself in front of the Coast Province General Hospital waving his birth certificate in the air or something? Certainly I'd expect people to ask for some kind of proof. I'd expect people to say, "Dude, you just typed that up." and I'd want something that proves I didn't.

Fortunately for Smith, there's a whole legion of people out there who will believe anything that claims Obama was born somewhere besides Honolulu. No proof required. Heck, I could sit here at my computer and type up a bogus BC that says Obama was born in China and there'd be a million people on the internet calling me a patriot and attacking the "Obots" who doubted me.

So why does it appear that there was no effort made to shoot a clear and viewable video that proved beyond a doubt that you were in Kenya? A self-shot of you in front of the hospital? The airport? Your plane ticket? Stamped passport?

It wouldn't have been that hard to do.

Just jumpy video, rotated 90 degrees off so it's hard to view, of a nondescript third world slum and a bunch of kids standing around as props.

Why such poor documentation for such an important issue?
