Yes, I've been out here in Orange County (Santa Ana) on top-secret Lutheran synodical-political business, plotting the overthrow of our current administration. I've finished that part of the trip now, and since my 14-y-o daughter came out here with me, today we're doiing fun stuff she wants to do--go down to Laguna Beach and Dana Point, browse the shops, walk along the beach, go tidepooling, that sort of thing. It's supposed to be 62 and sunny--much better than the 32 and snowy of St. Louis. We go back home tomorrow.
