Yes, but he is a brilliant ahole, with a LEGAL scam to make Madoff’s mouth water. Madoff went to jail for doing less damage to the US economy, and Hot Air Al gets to keep every penny because his is not ill-gotten gains, but just a good old fashioned con job.
