From their web site:

Founded in 2004, Mission Clear has become a leading online advertising and web development company. In 5 short years Mission Clear has grown from a staff of three to a staff of nearly a hundred with offices in the US, Asia, and Europe. Mission Clear’s growth sees no end in sight.

Three college friends got together and created Mission Clear in order to deliver the best online advertising and web development possible. Our diverse and creative staff works closely with our clients in order to provide the solution best suited to their needs.
Here at Mission Clear, we research our client’s business in order to get insight into their demographics, competitors, traffic, and previous advertising attempts. We also focus on advertising on hundreds of smaller sites in order to increase brand recognition and awareness instead of using an entire budget on just a few larger sites. Over the years we have learned that this method can deliver a higher return on investment

Here is what will happen if it is a scam- they will send you a real looking ‘certified’ check

For too much

“Then ask you to cash it and send them a refund- People are actually stupid enough to do this BEFORE the first check clears- and it won't

If someone offers to buy something from you and it is from online- NEVER do anything until their check clears and make it clear on your website that is what your policy is- that will save you time weeding out the scammers

You dont want to waste your valuable time with them. I have an idiot sister who put hidden cams in her store so she could catch and prosecute shoplifters- she spent so much time reviewing tapes and in court it... Then I told her to make the cameras VISIBLE AND PROMINENT (including some decoys)- theft went way down and she had lots more time OUT of court

Make sure they know you are onto them

First indication it is a scam, it is in an email.

Second indication, unless your site is TownHall.com or DrudgeReport.com, most companies wouldn’t pay for the link.
