“The 30-year-old male is 6-feet-2-inches tall and weighs 230 pounds. In 2000 he pleaded guilty to molesting and beating a 13-year-old girl. For this he could have been sentenced to 11 years, in which case he would still be in prison and Chelsea would be looking forward to college. But despite a psychiatrist’s report that he showed no remorse and was dangerous, he was sentenced to six years and served only five.”
