It also looks like it was filmed quite a while after the crash when the sun was coming up. This plane crashed in heavy fog, and the burning I can see appeared to be minimal.

I thought I had heard it was filmed shortly after the crash. Do we really know how foggy it was or wasn't? FYI, I've been to Russia and they aren't too worried about getting debris fields cleaned up. I've seen burned out skeletons of planes that were merely shoved off to the side of the runways and left to rust. Gotta admit, it's not a very good feeling when you're taxing past.
