My hypothesis is he was born in Kenya, Madelyn Dunham forged a single parent Certificate for him, and that fraudulent Certificate has ever since been used to generate accurate, but fake, secondary documents to "prove" he's a natural born American.

The constant left wing harping about "birther kooks" wanting a real birth certificate is a deliberate ploy to dumb down the meaning of NBC to birth place only.

Actually the COLB proves the Resident is NOT a Natural Born Citizen.
The newspaper birth announcements, and his own book, are secondary verification of Non-NBC status.
