This document has never seen the inside of a courtroom, a judge has never looked at it or handled it, neither has any jury or even anyone in the media.
Why is that do you suppose??? Better yet, why don't you try that with your own birth certificate, scan it, make a .jpg image of it and then take your laptop with you down to the Passport office and see if you'll get a passport just using an image on a computer screen.
I hate to break it to you, but until that paper document is released for proper examination by non-politically biased professionals, it has never been validated - PERIOD. Until then all that has EVER been released is a computer image which in and of itself isn't valid.
