Yeah, and what about the “pulling away is assault” charge after his wife pulled away when they grabbed her? This is such BS and must be stopped.
I addressed that too in my post, while you were writing yours. Pulling away is definitely NOT assault. I wish things were back to “normal,” but that’s been at least 150 years ago.
I have hope this will change, but I fear the way it may have to.
