Which begs the question, what is the federal government following, if it does NOT follow the law?

Answer: A daily redefined political correctness, defined by the situational ideology of Obama and his ( fascist) Junta. We are no lomger a nation of laws, but a nation governed by ideologically driven political correctness , designed to result all power in the president of the United States, ie. one nationalist socialist pretender called Barak Hussein Obama. We must run them out at the ballot box, or we will will have to use traditional means devolving to us from our patriot ancestors,illustrated by the Declaration of Independence.

To wit:

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good by securing our Southern border.

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance concerning illegal aliens, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other Laws for the relief of large districts of people under the pall of natural disaster inthe state of Kentucky.

He has locked Representative Houses repeatedly disallowing the entry of representatives in legislative conference, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to discourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands for only the power of his governments conservation rather that for the exploration of energy needed by the people.

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice by refusing to enforce Laws pertaining to a peaceful unobstructed electoral poll process.

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone for the tenure of their offices, by oppointing only those who share his usurpation Utopian ideology ,with no loyalty to the constitution.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices of Czars, and sent hither swarms of Czar Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies of Unions and Community Organizers without the Consent of our legislatures.

He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power by defaming , isolating, and terminating military intelligence officers loyal to the constitution.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation from the nation of Mexico.

For quartering large bodies of Union workers and community organizers who are paid by the public purse to do his will among us:

For protecting them, by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which these Union workers and community organizers should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:

For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world and our traditional allies:

For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent by abuse of the legislative process , rendering it useless and non representative of the people

For depriving us in many cases, of the benefit of Trial by Jury by virtue of executive fiat in relation to the Environmental protection agency

For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended of fences under the criminal laws of foreign nations at the Criminal court of the Hague:

For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighboring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies, to wit the protectorate of Porto Rico

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments through a false census run out of his White House:
