For every stupid whiner who signed (obviously without a gun to his head) an unredemable mortage on an inflated property, which the American taxpayer, saver and small investor is now paying for, there was a real estate agent, a property flipper, a mortage banker, and an appraiser who all made a slew of money off of a deal which a schoolboy would realize would end badly for everyone but them.
Yeah its not like we have 20% unemployment, $13 trillion dollars in national debt, entire countries going bankrupt. THAT isn’t the problem, its all those greedy whiners who needed a roof over their head.
