If only you were correct. None of the oil companies will defy the Administration. They will wait for the legal cases to play out and the continued uncertainty about additional legal matters will prevent most or all of them from taking action until specifically authorized by the Interior Department. To do otherwise would lead to immediate shutdown by the Coast Guard and the Interior Department.
