In the Astoria section of Queens, NY Hells Angels biker John Giampetruzzi -- a resident of Glen Cove on Long Island -- was shot at least five times in the face early Saturday morning as reported by Kevin Deutsch and Joe Kemp for the Daily News: "Neighbors said the gunman - who is still on the lam - approached the heavily tattooed biker, pumped his face full of lead and stomped on his head before walking away." The shooter apparently did not care much for the victim. The police at least know the shoe size of the perpetrator who "left bloody footprints" at the scene as reported by The New York Post.

The new Mr Brilliant has arrived.
“Giampetruzzi, whose arms were covered in tattoos and who still had his jewelry and wallet on him, lived in Glen Cove, LI.
Police sources said he was arrested in 1989 on a murder charge and served time in prison on burglary, drug-possession and assault convictions.”
seems someone took the trash out.
“The shooter apparently did not care much for the victim.”
Rushing to judgment, aren’t we?
The shooter apparently did not care much for the victim.

three of us have cut & pasted this quote. Great minds think alike although independently. Cracked me up when I read it too!
Me, too. That was an LOL-er. I’m reminded of a Sam Kinnison bit about one of Manson’s victims saying, “You don’t have to leave yet, do you? My head’s still on my torso!”
Why?
One local said: “His face was smashed in. It looked like a cherry pie.”
Look’s like a bad week coming up. Three days over 95 and hell breaks loose in ol’ NYC.
LOL, I loved Sam Kinnison. Sure miss his humor.
“...was shot at least five times in the face...” - when four times works just fine.
Biker scum love this kind of press.
This guy p*ssed off the WRONG people...
“seems someone took the trash out”
Aaaaaaa..ya beat me to it!
I once saw a black T shirt depicting a soldier crouching while aiming his M-16. The caption read,
“Taking out the garbage”
Anyway, ol’ Tats ‘n’ Bling won’t bother any one anymore, no how, no way.
;^)
I’m quite sure there is more to the story, that biker had family partners who worked with him and there will be others.
Then more.
right. and shooting someone 5 times in the face and stomping on him— isn’t trash.
I think the point was that this killing was personal - the killer shot him When it was light out, in a quiet neighborhood with many potential witnesses, and fired several more rounds that necessary. A contract killer would be much more cautious. To some hit men it’s just money - this one apparently wanted his target to recognize him and then he really overdid it.
