No need to impeach. Just get a majority of Republicans with cojones in either the House or the Senate, then form a committee with the purpose of establishing Presidential (and maybe other offices) eligibility requirements (because of the controversy generated in 2008).

Call it the Elected Official Eligibility Clarification committee. (or some nice-sounding name)

Have that committee subpoena Obama’s records.

Game over.
