I don't think she's meeting with officials in levels of government high enough to have to skirt around Hillary. I think it might have more to do with a monetary exchange in return for information and/or promise to deliver.
IOW, I think it's more about Michelle smuggling something "in" for payment of something that's already been promised or granted/given by the Marxist traitor in Chief.

I am sure that US Embassy personnel are on the ground with Michelle to act as liaison with Spanish officials. Could she still have private meetings with anyone she wants? Yes, she could, but the Secret Service would be aware of any meetings.

The only real possibility is that Michelle could be delivering a personal message from the President—a message he wants no one else to see or hear except the recipient. Maybe it has to do with Iran and a possible attack in the next few months.
Yes, you’re right. Her mother not going was unusual. That should have been our first clue that something was “up.” For me, it was the non-stop reporting about her trip, and the fact that the media lied about him having to spend his birthday alone, when in fact he didn’t and never planned to spend it alone. I knew something was awry, but didn’t know what, because we have a completely dishonest lame stream media.
