Love Gov Palin, but Handel is not right for governor. She donated to planned parenthood and gay/lesbian groups (including one that did outreach to kids as young as 13) and is whiny/defensive (terrible at debating). I believe it will be a really, really bad idea to elect her. I do not think she is the mama grizzly Palin thought she was.
Save your “best electable candidate” for the liberal states, GA can elect a solid conservative on these issues. And we need conservative states to do this to counter balance the RINOS from liberal states.
I wrote a lengthy post about my conclusions here: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2566154/posts .
Deal has the experience and fighting spirit we need, not only for Barnes, for Obama. He wasn’t my first choice, but of the two he is who we need, IMO.
It was written that Deal was behind in the polls a week ago by at least 8 points but today he has magically tied with handel.I think Deal has been ahead all along and they just cant hide it anymore, one day out.We dont trust fulton country because there are just not the numbers of conservatives that there are in other counties around the state.Deal is the only guy that can whoop the rat in November and is the true conservative in the race.
Handel has the support of the metro Atlanta crowd, outside of the metro area not so much.
Deal has always been my first choice but I was shocked that she has campaigned for 5 different offices in 5 yrs, never completing a term.
Does anyone know what her economic plan is?
Just read, very good, well thought out and how I arrived at my conclusion also.
