There are two sides to every story,

Why don't you call them anonymously with a phony spiteful tip, and accuse Red6 of having a weapons cache and an endtimes mentality? Just to make it interesting (oh, it will be) you should say Red6 has no visible means of support...and has a healthy, blonde caucasian infant at home -- whether or not you really do.
Go ahead, try it and get back to us with your side of the story.

I thought I was clear, but I'll try again. I don't believe that the law requires anyone to admit CPS without a warrant. This is the part I don't believe. The part I don't believe is that CPS is entitled to view portions of your house no matter what the accusation is. The victim is mistaken about this.

Whether or not CPS abides by the law is a completely different matter. However, I have never seen a case in which taking CPS on a tour of your house and chatting with them for an hour when they don't have a warrant is going to help anything.

We’re talking about CPS. Their requests simply do not get examined critically, or declined. Child welfare trumps all.

" happened within days of a conference call I had with a couple of Large Class Action Law Firms – regarding “the strategy” and what needed to be done to begin Class Action Foreclosure Fraud Law Suits in all States. I have no idea if this was the catalyst to the CPS allegations."

It is.
The opposition's investigators and been looking into her life and needed CPS to add pressure after they give them some tidbits to look into.

They are well on their way already with the “prekindergarten” crap. I believe it was Hitler who said something like “give me the children until they are six and I’ll have them for life”.

"We’re talking about CPS. Their requests simply do not get examined critically, or declined. "

I'm talking about American jurisprudence. Police (to include CPS) can pretty much do anything they wish. They are, after all, the ones with the most weapons. But, taking that evidence they've collected either with a fraudulently obtained warrant, or no warrant at all, results in exclusion at trial - always.

To your example about "calling in a anonymous tip", the law is clear in this regard. In every Circuit in the country, probable cause cannot be established with an uncorroborated anonymous tip. Without probable cause, no grounds for a warrant. No warrant. No admissible evidence.

The Supreme Court held just a decade ago similarly, when they disallowed frisking someone SOLELY on the grounds of an anonymous tip. That search was ruled to be inadmissible because the police corroborated nothing in the tip before performing the search.

Horrible this is happening.

The questions all sound to me like they are trying to find out if you are a "militant type".

Question is who in the world said anything about you? Or, was it just your Blog that got them?

Most of the questions deal with survival. Where do you go camping, what do you do there, do you store food, have solor panels, what kind of secondary heat do you have. To us this is just common sense, to them it means a threat.

If for the sake of any future such activities by them, could you not have the right to have an Attorney present? If they call, tell them to make an appointment through your attorney. Guess we all need to line up a good attorney now.

This is some scary stuff you are dealing with. May God be with you and protect you, your family and FRIENDs. Thing is the way things are going, they would/could be quilty by association.

State, town - just put those in the keywords when you forget to include your location.

My kids are 14 and 9. Both of them know that the only acceptible response to questions asked (outside of routine) by any authority figure, at school or elsewhere, is “I am not allowed to speak to you without my parents being present. Their phone numbers are 817.xxx.xxxx and 817.xxx.xxxx.”

Pollywog, I’ll try to leave this thread in your hands. It riles me to see conservatives, sensible, govt-wary folks usually, being so naive. I don’t think I can hang on to my usual polite standard in the face of such...

“The guy’s crime was that he took his son to the emergency room with a head injury received when playing baseball... “

I took my son to the hospital for x-rays when he broke his arm at football practice. There was another kid in there for a sports injury.

I find it difficult to believe they go after every parent who comes in with a sports injury.

**I was riveted by the story and what it means about my country.**

Same here. Too many commas??? Huh?

So, did this happen to a FReeper? That’s the only thing I’m not understanding.

But my take on this? It was definitely a liberal who somewhere got wind of individual facts and in their warped boogey-man mind, formulated that this person was doing things for self-sufficiency (solar, food); heard about interior renovations (oh no, she’s building a secret tunnel to get away when we come for her); she’s strong (she’s angry); and there’s a child in there (how can she possibly care for the child since she’s blogging against our government).

I’m surprised they didn’t ask if the woman owned a vegetable garden. That would have done her in.

First of all, home solar energy is a sign of individual independence. We can’t have that.

Second of all, taking the kids camping - away from observation, so the CPS “observers” can make up stuff that “happened” (re: the day care center in Massachusetts). Add to that people should not trespass on nature unless they are the select enlightened elite (yes that is indeed a green nazi view). What the kids “learn” about the environment can only be from the school, as long as it is consistent with the teachings of Saint Algore.

CPS and social workers are good at making stuff up.

Nope it is true. You cannot refuse entry to CPS. I know it happened to me about 20+ years ago. They also talk to your kids without you knowing about it.

It is the most scary humiliating experience I ever had.

The State has one talent - war.

The State is at war with society.

So State Education is a war against children, and “child welfare” agencies are part of the State’s war against the family and human society.

“Child Services” indeed. Orwell was a prophet.

Eventually, humans will press on, despite their experiences with the State in the 20th and 21st centuries.

We will not only survive, but prevail.

A person can not refuse child services into their house as they have a complete right under law to come in and they have to see a child’s room, clothes, and food, no matter what the accusation is.

Not without a warrant.

“So, did this happen to a FReeper? That’s the only thing I’m not understanding.”

No - it was not a freeper.

Sherrie Questioning All - that is the name on her blog

http://sherriequestioningall.blogspot.com/2010/12/is-govt-trying-to-find-out-who-has-what.html

And if you look at her blog you would see that she is a Realtor and trying to expose mortgage fraud. I think this is the reason they tracked her and wanted to go after her. The survival questions may have been the only thing they could address without mentioning the content of her blog.

This is on the right menu of the blog:

When it comes to CPS they basically have carte blanche. IT HAPPENED TO ME!!!

If you try to stop them you can and will go to jail!

All it takes is a phone call from someone and they show up at your kids school without you knowing about it and on your door step as well.
