One difference is Israel can apply self defense against Islamic terrorists, and Serbia is prohibited from applying Self defense.
Both nations know exactly how to defeat and deal with islamic terrorists.
Well, there are always secret ways to do it and asymmetrical warfare. It hurts me that we backed the wrong dog in this fight in the 1990's. B-(

I guess it depends whose ox is being gored. However, my own take, the Hague is a tool for the New World Order PC crowd and it makes them bad in my book because of it.
