At first, I thoroughly enjoyed Beck’s educated(?) political commentary. As time went on, however, I began to be troubled by some of his subtle ommissions when it came to Christianity. The 8/28 rally proved that my reservations were correct.
By standing with Muslim imams, among many other clerics of pagan religions, I wonder what the Christian ministers thought they were accompishing. Shadrack, Meshack and Abednigo would have been Biblical ash! “They didn’t bow, they didn’t bend, they didn’t burn.” So the song goes.
To see Christian ministers and pastors praying along with idol worshippers brought to mind many Scriptures that tell us Jesus Christ is the ONLY way to salvation. “What shall a man profit, if he gain the whole world and lose his own soul?” I wondered how Christians could join in such a farce. I have heard Glenn say that it doesn’t matter which “god” you pray to as long as you pray. How can Christians fall for this obvious Demonic ploy?
There was also much talk of the “flyover” miracle when a flock of geese flew over the crowd. I found some people to be almost in a religious fervor over that mundane event. The geese, no doubt were used to landing in the pool but thought better of it when they flew over such a crowd.
Glenn Beck has all the makings of a cult leader in our times. I suspect he has ambitions that pertain to his peculiar religion. He will, no doubt, mislead many into thinking they can save themselves from damnation, no matter who or what they worship.
John 14:16
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

This is much ado about nothing when there is some real and serious stuff for a Christian to be freaked out about. Americans need to come together and rediscover secular Western ethics.
