HillBuzz claims that the reason the governor cannot get his hands on a “Barack Hussein Obama” birth certificate is because, after Sotero adopted Obama, Hawaiian law meant that his birth certificate was retroactively changed to read “Barry Sotero.”

That would be true if the Soetoro adoption took place in Hawaii. Why would an Indonesian national adopt a child in a U.S. court?
