The only discouraging part is when, after all the hard work of couponing, we stand behind 3 carts of EBT-funded steaks and groceries NOT EVEN ON SALE!
I know someone who manages a grocery store and he says that *most* of the crab legs they sell are bought by people using EBT / food stamps.
