If you see success w/the MSM, I’d say you are in the ‘ easily persuade ‘ column. Don’t say it couldn’t happen to you - remember ‘08. Many are kicking themselves now for being ‘easily persuaded’ - at the time there was no talking sense to them.
Click off the MSM and live in reality.

Davy the fat boy, Davy the fat boy
Isn't he round? Isn't he round?
What do he weigh folks?
Can you guess what he weigh?
It's only a quarter
Win a teddy bear for the girlfriend
Or something for the wife
You got to let this fat boy in your life
I think we can persuade him to do
The famous fat boy dance for you
Give me half a chance
I just know you'll like my fat boy's dance
Davy the fat boy, Davy the fat boy
Isn't he
Isn't he round?

Apparently to be a real conservative you have to think Palin is Reagan incarnate. Very odd.

We’re talking about a woman who beat the incumbent in their party primary to become the Republican nominee for governor, then beat his immediate predecessor in the general election. This, without major support from the Lower 49 (because unlike now, pretty much nobody south of Juneau knew who she was at that point). This, in a year when a lot of more experienced, better supported Republican politicians weren’t winning. Don’t discount her.

And let's see. Why would I want more revenues to be taken from oil companies and given to the public school system, other social programs, feminism, etc.? BTW, both of her parents worked for the public school system, and I understand that influence. I like her style, but my preferences are more conservative than that, especially with opportunities for smaller government ahead (defaults).

"
2 - Now with the CBC gone, there were fewer Alaskan politicians to protect the huge, giant oil companies here. So, she constructed and enacted a new system of splitting the oil profits called "ACES". Exxon (the biggest corporation in the world) protested and Sarah told them "don't let the door hit you in the stern on your way out." They stayed, and Alaska residents went from being merely wealthy to being filthy rich. Of course the other huge international oil companies meekly fell in line. Again, give me the name of any other governor in the country that has done anything similar."
TRANSCRIPT: Sarah Palin's RNC Speechhttp://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2074322/posts
This was the spirit that brought me to the governors office when I took on the old politics as usual in Juneau, when I stood up to the special interests, and the lobbyists, and the Big Oil companies, and the good-old boys...When oil and gas prices went up dramatically and filled up the state treasury, I sent a large share of that revenue back where it belonged: directly to the people of Alaska. And despite fierce opposition from oil company lobbyists, who kind of liked things the way that they were, we broke their monopoly on power and resources. As governor, I insisted on competition and basic fairness to end their control of our state and return it to the people.

“Dear Sage,
A walk down memory lane is in order. RINO GOPers (aka Rockefeller Republicans) and all their blather was victorious for the stumblin bumblin nominee Gerald Ford.
Reagan gave a unifying, consession speech at that convention. What the delegates instantly realized, at that moment, was ... they nominated the wrong guy. (Watch Reagans convention speech on You Tube and see for yourself)
Of course, Ford was defeated by peanut head.
Mark my words, dearest Sage ... we wont make that dumba$$ mistake again by listening to the establishment RINO GOPers.
And for those conservatives that give heed to this prattle, please check your premises before you act. Stay the course, we will restore Ameica.
God Bless”
Nice Rebuttal Thanks.

CC, I don’t ned you wasting your energies on telling me why Palin cannot win.
I need you to join the rest of us in ensuring she does win.
My back is to the wall and I will not support a RINO Like Romney or Huckabee this election.
I need a Reagan-type Conservative.

I don’t know how old you are but there was a time in the late 70’s when I was scared to death about the current President. The alternative was even crazier. A fundamentalist wackjob Right Winger. He was going to destroy civilization. Turned out that guy was Ronald Reagan. Not so bad after all.
