I hope it doesn’t come to this because Scott is inclined to privatize certain facets of municipal government - like cleaning/custodial work, for example. I worked for the State of WI for many years, and one of the things that made me proud was that the State hired many people as custodians who might not be able to find good employment elsewhere. A civil service job gave meaning and dignity and financial security to their lives.
