So the joke is “NPR is liberal, and leans left? Who knew?”.
Therefore, since NPR is a joke, they should either;
A. Be totally defunded of taxpayer funds. I’m sure G. Soros can make up the difference.
or
B. The taxpayers should provide equal funding to Clear Channel Communications or Faux-Fox News.
