Yeh, but will we make it to 2012?

And if we do, by then, will it be too late? So much damage and corruption has been done...will we be able to turn things around without refreshing that “tree of liberty”?

Will we make it to 2012? That we even have to consider that question is more argument to impeach now. Even the Democrats are talking publicly of impeaching. And that was up there with the major argument against ‘daring’ to even do what we know is right, right now, whether it’s guaranteed of success or not - that the Democrats wouldn’t support it. We could be rid of him sooner rather than later and save ourselves lots of grief. He could get a job as a basketball commentator or something - his NCAA picks have been excellent apparently, and that seems to be where his time, intellect and energy goes. It might come as a relief to him and his family - his wife would probably get more book deals too.

Let’s work on doing this peacefully, even if threats against us aren’t peaceful. But, as always, pray, but keep your powder dry - it may be needed in defense.

I’m all for peacefully....very much so. Unless we get a majority on board to do so peacefully though...how affective will we be? So far, the elites are in control and they know it.

I guess I listen to Beck too much...he’s so doom and gloom about everything and he’s not far off from what could ultimately happen (sans violence). Don’t get me wrong, I love Beck and have learned an awful lot listening to him. And I do my own research too. It’s probably why I’m on the fence as to what it’s gonna take.

The economy/dollar collapsing...markets crashing...food lines....riots....civil unrest....how close are we to that?

Will ridding ourselves of this tyrant NOW (or sooner than 2012) help stop that, or will that stuff happen anyway?

I listen to Beck too, or watch him. At least I used to, every day. I still try to keep up with what he’s saying because he’s been right about so much, or not just right but prescient even with all the howls about ‘conspiracist’ this or that. He’s usually been good about wrapping up an hour of horrible gloom and doom with some positive thing to do or consider, so I hope he’s been keeping up with that.

I don’t think the worst case scenario is going to be a walk in the park, but it might not be as bad as fear could make it. Have a look at what happened in Argentina when their peso collapsed; that way you’ll have another perspective on it and the people that lived through it. It’s not at a Zimbabwe level yet, but we’d be wise to do something about it now before it gets there.

The spiralling out of control scenario was almost short-circuited, it seemed to me, in November of 2010, when foreign markets had some faith we’d be doing something to fix things before they got so bad they can’t be fixed. Rand Paul these days is the one talking the most, it seems to me, about the things we need to do, really, right now, so I hope more people listen to him. If you like, I’ll add you to the ping list for him too.

So, short answer, ridding ourselves of this tyrant now, will do more to convince our friends outside of America, and those there who are objective, as investors, bankers, and businessman must be, that we are serious, which will also short-circuit the credit-flight that’s part of the downward spiral scenario.

There’s nothing in the dystopic prediction that has to happen - that would be fatalism. We don’t have to be starry-eyed optimists either to get through this, just level-headed, realistic, forbearing, active. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.
