Peter Jennings did NOT renounce his Canadian citizenship when he finally became an “American citizen” after 20 years in this country telling Americans what to think.
I suspect he did it only so he could vote AGAINST GW Bush in 2004. He said afterwards that he proudly retained his Canadian citizenship.
Such dual citizenship is NOT recognized by our government and as such, he loyalty oath was a LIE.
