Was it all that hard to release it? Why didn’t he do that in the first place.

Frankly, I think he is/was/has been playing games and using it to demonize his opponents.

Why did he spend millions to keep it from being released?

Was it all to keep the focus on the Birth Certificate itself and away from the "Natural Born Citizen" criteria?
