right, i believe the whitehouse asked for a few copies, then they distributed the copies of the copies to the press.

Most likely ~ HOWEVER, I don't like the difference between the middle bar on the "9" ~

I'm telling you they're losing their touch over at Langley. They used to be able to do stuff that'd make your hair stand on end.

Probably cause by down loading to the writers computer while he was ducking the black helicopters. He was shaking the computer screen crawling under the desk, while it was sending the info to his computer.

Yeah, this is a non-story. The top image has a more saturated image, meaning that part of it bled a bit higher.

Yep. It looks like a noob-ish attempt to pull the text to a separate layer and boost it for clarity.
