Here’s a question I haven’t seen asked: If this is such a huge screw-up on the WH’s part, then why haven’t they “flattened” the image on their website yet?
The probable answer to that question would be arrogance.
The same reason why Nixon didn’t burn the tapes the second after Butterfield blabbed to Ervin’s committee about them.
