Yet I just described that entirely accurately: The long-dead theory got dug up recently just to use against Obama. Why did this start in 2008? Why were people not already blogging that the literature of American law had this wrong? If this is a principle you held, how come no one heard you say one word about it until you needed reasons why Barack Obama cannot be president?
