Just a hunch.

Or, a Dr. friend of grandma's gives SAD the form he reports on before she goes to have the baby in Canada. When she decides she wants to keep the baby, she mails the partially completed form back to grandma and she takes a simliar baby to the Dr. for the "exam". Or the Dr. simply fakes the exam (no one has reported a record of when SAD was actually in the hospital in HI for an exam. Remember, the actual birth number was assigned by the HI Health Department, not by the hospital or doctor. Gentlemen we are talking about a fraud to allow U.S. citizenship to a child.

Right and we have a winner in Texas. No air travel is a bettah hunch and no need to phony any dates of birth etc. except that Canadian location. FWIW, those old-fashioned homes for ‘unwed mothers’ like Frances Crittendon (of distant memory) probably incinerated any record of who used their ‘facilities’ on a daily basis apart, of course, from the accounts receivable files. Maybe Trump’s investigators should leave the sunny beaches of Waikiki for the chilly hills of Vancouver, B.C.,C. ;0.
