And as I type, he actually asked if this operation was "illegal."

Probably because Judge Napolitano is on the warpath about it. Last night on Freedom Watch he detailed three situations under which the president can order someone killed. Insisted that the bin Laden killing did not meet any of them.

Reality, of course, is that no one cares if it was unlawful.

“Reality, of course, is that no one cares if it was unlawful.”

Defeat Obama by any means necessary...even the death of OBL. That’s how dangerous Obama is to the USA. Of course, he’ll just blame Panetta in the end

No doubt about it; the world's better off with OBL as fish food.

However, there's lots for people to care about here. There was an assassination (let's not pretend otherwise). It occurred within the borders of a sovereign nation. What are the ground rules here?

Well, if Bush was President, the political left and their supporters would care if it was an unlawful killing. Since conservatives just wanted OBL dead, and since Dems and their suupporters always back their own regardless of action taken, Judge Nap is going to stick out like a sore thumb.

He was wanted dead or alive... Napalitano is not a go to guy on what is legal and not legal. He is wrong as much as he is right... and he is from the NJ illegal system. He is entertainment not brain power. Ask Mark Levin if you truly want to know. Personally I think... it would have been ILLEGAL not to kill that MF'er!

Hopefully one of those SEALs had a throw down on him. LOL!

Of all the people in the world that needed killin it was Osama Bin Laden. Judge Napolitano needs to get some perspective.
