Like my wife says, and I agree with, it's her voice that makes me want to turn the channel when she's speaking at some rally. She's a screech owl with that girly, high pitched voice. Her voice makes her as Presidential as Lindsy Lohan. And somebody needs to tell her that the microphone does the job of amplifying her voice, she doesn't need to yell all the time as though she's trying to rally people. They are ALREADY rallied. Just speak calmly and seriously Sarah, say what you have to say, and let the speaker system do the amplification. Otherwise, your voice is like fingernails down a chalkboard.
Your impression is based on mainstream media clips played to convey the impression you have described. The stalkers chant and try to drown her voice out at rallies, forcing her to raise her voice to the shrill level any woman’s voice reaches when trying to be heard over a cacaphony. This is a tactic being used by PDS sufferers.

I wouldn’t say it’s that bad.
I agree she doesn’t sound presidential when she talks in that higher pitched voice. She doesn’t always sound like that, though, sometimes she has a much nicer tone.
She needs to come across more serious in general. It’s easier for people to put their trust in someone who has quiet strength than someone who seems too excitable.
All that said, I’m still crazy about her.
